415 CATERING: CORPORATE LUNCH DELIVERY

We are currently hiring individuals who are available on Monday, Tuesday AND/OR THURSDAY.

The 415 Crew is the face of the 415 Catering program. We train 415 Crew members to understand our service standards and to be knowledgeable representatives of our company and food. This is perfect for someone who is looking for Monday, Tuesday and/or Thursday shifts and has a love of food, catering and customer service.

The standard day of a 415 Crew member is:

  • Meeting onsite or at the kitchen to gather all the equipment and food for a service. (Between 8-10am)

  • Setting up service onsite (tables, chafing dishes, salad bar) while adhering to service standards.

  • During service, being attentive to client needs as well as the service presentation.

  • Breaking down the service once it is over. (Between 1-2pm)

  • Depending on your schedule, you may need to participate in daily equipment breakdown, food donation process, and daily cleaning tasks. (Between 3-4pm)

Working With Us Offers:

  • Schedules with flexibility: We have part-time/on-call, daytime shifts available. We allow for scheduling flexibility with average shifts running 5-7 hours, 2-4 days a week. Please note this is not a full-time position and are current available shifts are Monday, Tuesday and/or Thursday, approximately 8:30am to 3:30pm.

  • Great pay: Starting rate for all Crew members is $18/hr.

  • Regular Scheduling & Opportunity for Advancement: Most of our clients receive regular services from us, so we work with our crew to, as much as possible, provide a regular schedule that is based on both client and crew member availability. All crew members start as Crew Assistants, which is the entry-level position for 415 Catering. As Crew Assistants are trained and gain more experience, and as positions open, they have the option to advance to higher levels of responsibility within the 415 Crew.

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age and able to legally work in the U.S

  • Some experience in restaurant, catering, food delivery, and/or customer service fields is preferred, but attitude and willingness to learn are the most important factors -- we will train the right candidate. Interest in food and catering is a must!

  • A driver's license is helpful, but not required. If you are interested in being a driver with us, you will need to have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.

  • Must be ServeSafe certified (or food handling certification from another reputable company). Please click HERE for more information. If you do not have a food handling certification, you must be willing to get one before your first shift.

  • Friendly, outgoing attitude & great communication/customer service skills, well-groomed with professional appearance & attitude. The required dress code items are listed HERE. A 415 Crew t-shirt will be provided to new employees, as part of their dress code.

  • Ability to lift 50+lb and familiarity with procedures for doing so safely; Ability to read, write & speak English is helpful; Must be punctual

  • Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to walk/stand up to the entire day and occasionally sit in meetings. The employee must occasionally reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 lbs., reach overhead and have the stamina to work shifts up to 8 hours, though employees will have the option of working longer shifts.

  • Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to ambient temperatures and weather conditions.
